In this activity, students step into the roles of Nautilus scientists, exploring the deep sea through data logging and observation. They'll emphasize descriptive language and keen observational skills to document the marine environment and its life forms accurately. The goal of this activity is to write a clear, descriptive paragraph detailing findings, improving both scientific observation and descriptive writing skills. This activity simulates real-world scientific exploration, fostering curiosity and appreciation for the ocean's depths.
