OET ROV Operations for Ocean Networks Canada

Although you may be used to seeing ROV Hercules exploring the ocean depths, our work with Ocean Network Canada during our NA151 expedition looks a little different. This work primarily focuses on engineering tasks ranging from cleaning deployed equipment, recovering data from sensors, installing new hardware and instruments, and helping with the delicate job of laying underwater cables that connect the network to shore. In this video, take a closer look at the fascinating world of ROV operations in this unique and challenging environment.
