Niv works as one of the educators and biogeochemical ecologists onboard the Nautilus.
Niv is a PhD student with the Department of Maritime Civilizations, Leon H. Charney School of Marine Sciences, University of Haifa & Marine Community Ecology Lab, Israel Oceanographic and Limnological Research (IOLR). Niv's research examines climate changes effects on biodiversity and ecological systems of the Eastern Mediterranean shores. His work focuses on Biogeochemical and Ecological aspects of sea-level rise and ocean acidification.
