Peggy Haeger

Peggy Haeger's fondness for the water led her to a Bachelor's degree in Biology/Marine Science from the University of South Alabama, and after graduation, a career with the Naval Oceanographic Office. Her work there has mostly involved acoustics and side-scan sonar. In 2000, she received a Master's Degree in Hydrographic Science from the University of Southern Mississippi. She is pleased to have been selected to participate in the 2010 E/V Nautilus expedition and will perform the job of navigator.
