Muhammet Duman

Muhammet is a Prof. Dr. at the Institute of Marine Science and Technology, Dokuz Eylul University. He is examining the evolution of the anoxia in the Southern Black Sea basin during last glacial-interglacial period using gravity core samples. His research interest also includes seismic stratigraphic and recent tectonic investigations of Turkish continantal shelf areas.    

Muhammet graduated from Istanbul Technical University in 1980 with degree in Geological Engineer and completed his PhD in Marine Geology and Geophysics at the Dokuz Eylul University, Institute of Marine Science and Technology in 1992.
