Katerina Katsetsiadou
Katerina has worked on telecommunications, and Information Technology. She has been also a Vocational Educator for several years. Currently, she is working for an IT company based on Santorini, Greece, mainly on Web-design and development, Graphics and Multimedia Authoring. She had six years of her life in Santorini. It's her first participation on an oceanographic expedition and she is interested in explore both: the undersea of Santorini’s volcanic complex and the technology on Nautilus.
Katerina is an Electronic Engineer graduated from Technological Education Institute (T.E.I.) of Thessaloniki in 1995 and is working on her Master's degree on Prevention & Management of Natural Hazards & Technological Disasters. As Electronic Engineer she participated in the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki distance-learning course on Audio and Image Digital Processing. As MSc Student, she was part on this year’s COST Training School on Glacial Isostatic Adjustment (GIA) modeling, in Gävle, Sweden.
Expeditions
Katerina participated in the following Ocean Exploration Trust expeditions:
