Hüsne Altiok

Dr. Husne Altıok is an assistant professor in Institute of Marine Sciences and Management of Istanbul University. She is a Physical Oceanographer, has participated several national monitoring projects. Her research activities are about seasonal variation of water mass, flow exchange through the straits and atmosphere-ocean interaction.
Dr. Altıok graduated from Çukurova University in 1987 with a degree in physics and completed her PhD in physical oceanography at the Institute of Marine Science and Management, Istanbul University in 2001.
