Daniel Steinberg

Daniel Steinberg received a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechatronics) and Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) at the University of Sydney in 2008. He is currently a PhD candidate at the Australian Centre for Field Robotics at the University of Sydney, Australia.

Dan's research is focused on underwater robotic vehicles, machine learning, and in particular, autonomous learning and recognition of various natural processes such as benthic habitats. Dan has also worked in the renewable energy sector, on harnessing wave and tidal energy.
