Dive Highlights October 27th, 2013
Our latest dive had us exploring two extremely interesting craters on the Kahouanne Seamounts. We multi-beamed surveyed the area and discovered several striking features that were not part of the older multi-beam data on record. We proceeded to dive on the two sites and were not disappointed finding several amazing examples of volcanic geology including a mystery as some of the rock exhibited weather normally only ever found in land based volcanic rock. The biology of the area did not disappoint either.
