Rachel Berger is a Midshipman that the United States Naval Academy in Annapolis, Maryland. She is studying Ocean Engineering and will graduate in May of 2016 with a Bachelor of Science and a Commission as a Surface Warfare Officer in the United States Navy. At USNA she was a member of the Varsity Offshore Sailing Team as a helmsman of a Navy 44 and participated in multiple ocean races including Newport to Bermuda. She has had numerous leadership experiences to include sea kayaking over 150 miles in Alaska with the National Outdoor Leadership School. Prior to Navy, she spent two years as a Physics major at Stony Brook University on Long Island. There she co-founded the Stony Brook Sailing Team, which is an active member in the Middle Atlantic Intercollegiate Sailing Association. 

Rachel Berger is a Midshipman at the United States Naval Academy and will graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Ocean Engineering.
